Prison Consultants/ Justice Support Group

We are the experts.  We have the resources.  We get the results.

For over a decade we have developed comprehensive sentencing strategies that have many times achieved the earliest possible release for clients OR a reduction in their federal sentencing.

We employ or have access to top rated teams of private investigators, forensic psychiatrists and CPA’s, legal research teams, and retired former prison personnel.

We have in-depth and current knowledge of any changes in the Sentencing Commission Guildelines along with the significant changes in District and Appellate Court rulings.  We keep an eye on legislation being voted on by Congress.

We research the best possible institution “fit” if you are sentenced to a term of imprisonment.  We stay with you through the Corrlinks email system for the entire time that you are incarcerated.  You WILL need an advocate on the outside.

WE EXCEL IN:

RDAP (residential drug abuse program).  RDAP is no longer an EASY program to get in to, stay in, OR to even qualify for.  You must know what supporting documents to bring and have the proper paperwork ready to take with you upon surrender.

Habeas Corpus, 2255 motions/782 Sentence Commutations

Compassionate Release and the Second Chance Act.

The current administration is CLOSING ½ way houses. What does this means for YOU?  Be prepared so that you are NOT the one serving more time incarcerated.

We do expungement (of your criminal records) and PARDONS.

Post Indictment Preparation through our “Prison Prep 101” program.

Prison Designation & Entry Assistance

Early Release Programs/Community Involvement Programs

Alternative Sentencing:  we have developed individualized community service programs that utilize your skill set and match those programs to community organizations.

For certain professions there is a possibility of working for the BOP and returning home on an ankle bracelet after your shift ends.  This is a very complicated negotiation that has been done!

We watchdog the process and help guide inexperienced attorneys.

It’s YOUR life, get prepared by experienced professionals:  2018 legislation that will now affect EVERY federal sentence:  Can it help or hurt you?

We are not attorneys, but some of the very best attorneys use our services. We watchdog inexperienced attorneys so you do not miss opportunities for early release. or downward departures. Many Attorneys do not understand the use of proper forensic accountants and other aspects of sentencing for money related crimes. Many won’t tell you that they have done many drug cases but no money related cases. We protect YOU and your assets! LOW RATES for life saving services.

Many individuals appeal.  This is NOT the time to be complacent.  It is YOUR time to put in motion your plan for the earliest possible release.  According to the Administrative Office of the U.S. courts, only 5.6% of federal criminal appeals nationwide result in reversals.  Be prepared and know your next step.

We have been successful in composing arguments that have convinced federal Judges to order very structured community based sentences, INSTEAD OF PRISON.

You need to know the importance of designation, surrender, and qualifying for the earliest possible release.  ALREADY SENTENCED OR AGREED TO A PLEA DEAL?  IN CERTAIN CASES WE HAVE CUT THAT TIME IN HALF.  Over 60? CALL NOW!

PSR :We will prepare you for your interview for your PSR, the most important interview you will ever have.  DO NOT expect a fair or an unbiased report.

MEDICAL ISSUES:  Information that could someday save your life IF you are facing incarceration.  You need an advocate on the outside that is connected on the inside.

RESTITUTION: what it will mean for you and your family for more than 20 YEARS.  We are currently working with senators one on one to repeal the MVRA.

HOME CONFINEMENT: What you should do and say during your  “team” meeting, and your plan for the BOP’s recommendation of home confinement.  It CAN be done!

FURLOUGH: Furloughs are available and what you can do and say to get them.

*2255 *782: Commutation of Sentence *Early release from probation *Restitution

SENTENCING MEMORANDUMS:  The cornerstone of our business.  An in-depth memorandum backed up by case law.  Most attorneys’ frame the case, turn in letters written by family and friends, and make a brief statement.   We make you human, NOT just a case number.  The key to our success is backing everything up with case law suited to your own mitigating circumstances.  Most Judges simply need a viable reason for alternative sentencing.  We find it, use it, and get the job done.  NO ONE will fight harder, just ask our clients!

Independence is something that is taken for granted in this country. But for people of Color we yet have a ‘Long Way To Go’. But we have Come this Far by Faith. To my son I say 2 U, Never give on ur Dreams & ur Hopes. See the Invisible, Expect the Incredible and believe that the Impossible can be Possible. I Expect a Miracle Everyday. God Can Make Away out of No way. HAPPY 4TH OF JULY guys.
